His career has taken him from San Diego and Los Angeles to Toronto, Mexico, and New Orleans, learning alongside seafood mongers, master butchers, and acclaimed chefs and holding key leadership roles with reputable dining establishments.

Currently, Daniel is the Executive Chef at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City where he directs all heart-of-house operations and oversees menu development and execution across multiple dining venues. Known for dishes like his Lobster Linguine with Italian Busara Sauce and his house-made focaccia, his philosophy centers on balance, restraint, and respect for ingredients.
